Years ago, I knew a location finder. She spent most of her time travelling around the world looking for unusual locations for movies. She took thousands and thousands of photographs. When the pressure of directing and shooting a film has seemed overwhelming, I have often thought that that would be my ideal job.

These pages double as a store of interesting locations for my own reference (and so some of the photographs - as photographic work, are not that interesting).
